Who I am
Hello! My name is Denise, the designer and coder behind Pixel Dove. I am a creative problem solver. The most important thing to me is to help build the brands people love. Talent cannot be learned but computer programs can be! I have learned how to use (and love) Adobe CC software. I have a very good working knowledge of WordPress.

    Growing up, I looked to every magazine
    and book I could get my hands on for graphic design inspiration.
    I am creative
    I am Pixel Dove

    While I am unquestionably infatuated with art, I am also interested in the business side of things. I am so interested that I have many years of experience working in the Administrative field. Self-Taught Fueled by Desire. I believe that when you have natural talent and desire you can learn everything else you need to know. With no formal training in web design, I started Pixel Dove. I found online tutorials and taught myself HTML5 and CSS and other Web technologies. My knowledge of creating formulas and macros in Excel has proven useful. If you are looking for someone with the desire to help your business grow, then you are in the right place. Welcome!

I love what I do
I make what you love. Initially I chose freelancing because I do not have a degree from an art institution and it offered me the opportunity fuel my desire to concentrate more on my first love, graphic design. I did take three years of Commercial Art but that was before computers became the wonderful tool that they are for someone with an eye for design, like myself.
